Waivers

Waivers are required for classes, camps, Karate birthday parties, and other events.

Pacific Martial Arts strives to maintain a safe, injury free environment. PMA is a "non contact" martial arts school where the striking and blocking are controlled. "Contact" generally implies such things as boxing or ultimate fighting for example.  Our skilled instructors stand behind this core principle of safety for the students. Waivers can be submitted on line or hard copies handed to us.
